This option is to serve a group of users who may want to change their mind and seek a full refund later, of their subscription fee only, not including other optional or one time fees.
Pay an additional SGD51 on top of your subscription fee, at the same time when you sign up for your first year subscription fee. In case you decided that Realtimme Cloud is not suitable for your business use on or before 180 days of use, inform us via email , you will recover back the full subscription fee less SGD51.
By submitting your 2 email accounts, as a service provider, we (Realtimme) assume the person submitting the subscription with us is authorised by the MCST he/she is representing.
In case when any one of the two is not available to communicate with us, the other will represent your MCST. The first point of contact is the email account holders(you) submitted here. At any one time, please ensure that both emails are active. Any change must inform Realtimme by this account holder.
You are solely responsible for resolving disputes regarding ownership or access to the MCST data, including those involving any current or former owners, co-owners, employees or contractors of the MCST.
