When project is terminated before the full year contract expires
Many managing agents are concern that by signing up the full year subscription of our MCST plan, the contract or project may be terminated any time in short notice, thereby leaving the remaining subscription remains “unused”.
When the project is big, the amount committed to subscribe Realtimme cloud MCST plan may be by the thousands of dollars.
we understand your concern; to facilitate your cash flow, we therefore provide an alternative plan to pay per month use to address your concerns.
For example,
- The full year subscription fee* is SGD8,000.00 based on 1000 SP in the project @ SGD8.00 (at this time of this blog post)
- Your monthly subscription will be SGD800.00 (full fee* divide by 10 months) that adds up to 12 months total of SGD9,600.00
- By using the formula of full fee* in line 1, divide by 10 months, you pay another 2 months pro-rata fee.
- For the second and subsequent year, we can reduce your monthly fee to SGD800.00 x 11 months or SGD8,800.00, you pay another 1month of pro-rata fee.
- or in the 3rd year onwards, you may choose to pay SGD8,000.00 up front to enjoy the savings.
